    Everything was just as pictured, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. If it had had a coffee pot and refrigerator I would have stayed there for my whole time in Queretaro. Probably the best value for the dollar that I have ever gotten for hotel accommodations.

    Me dirijo a usted para expresar mi insatisfacción con varios aspectos de mi reciente estancia en su establecimiento, particularmente en lo referente a la comodidad de la cama, la calidad del Wi-Fi y las comodidades generales proporcionadas. En primer lugar, la cama en mi habitación resultó ser extremadamente incómoda. El colchón se sentía demasiado firme o desgastado, lo que dificultó considerablemente el descanso nocturno. Consulté en la recepción si todas las camas eran igualmente firmes y, en caso contrario, solicité un cambio de habitación. Cruz, en la recepción, me informó que todas las camas son iguales. Considero que este es un aspecto importante en la experiencia de cualquier huésped, y me decepcionó que la comodidad básica de la habitación no estuviera a la altura de los estándares esperados. En segundo lugar, la conexión Wi-Fi en las dos primeras habitaciones que me asignaron fue constantemente débil e inestable. No pude trabajar ni ver contenido en línea debido a la mala señal. Agradezco su atención a este asunto y agradecería una respuesta respecto a las medidas que planean tomar para abordar estas preocupaciones. ===ENGLISH==== I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at your establishment, particularly concerning the comfort of the bed, the quality of the Wi-Fi, and the general amenities provided. Firstly, the bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt either too firm or worn out, making it very difficult to get a restful night's sleep. I inquired at the front desk whether all beds were similarly firm, and if not, requested a room change. Cruz at the front desk informed me that all beds are the same. I believe this is an important aspect of any guest experience, and I was quite disappointed that the basic comfort of the room was not up to standard. Secondly, the Wi-Fi connection in the first two rooms I was assigned was consistently weak and unreliable. I was unable to work or stream content due to the poor signal. After being moved to a third room, however, the internet connection was excellent. While I appreciated the improvement, the inconvenience of changing rooms multiple times was frustrating and disruptive. Additionally, I found the towels provided to be of poor quality. They were a dirty white color, appearing worn and not properly cleaned. This is not what one would expect from a hotel that aims to offer a welcoming and hygienic environment. Another small but important detail: most hotels typically provide at least two complimentary bottles of water per day. However, during my stay, only one bottle was provided. While this may seem minor, it reflects a lack of attention to guest comfort and standard hospitality practices. I hope that hotel management will consider investing in improving guest comfort and amenities, as this is not only essential for a positive stay b
