We spent three nights there in June. The location is ideal. Near the pedestrian area of the city centre and 10 minutes away from the beach. The apartment is quite spacious. The furniture and bathroom is rather old, as in the pictures, but fully functional. The apartment is very quiet and has nice air circulation, which made us switch AC off and sleep well.
The personnel was ok and it was easy to check-in and out. However, upon checking-in, the manager asked for 50€ more than expected. He said the amount was due for city tax (ok) and for cleaning (should be said upfront!). The payment went completely off-records. I did not want to question, and paid, but found it unprofessional. Heads-up.
