140m2 house (1 floor) completely renovated in 2019, bright and warm, facing South / South West. The house is located on the heights of Trébeurden, in a very quiet area day and night, close to shops and beaches (5 mins by car, 20 mins on foot). 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 wc. A large lawn and hydrangea garden (950 m2 of land), closed by a fence and a hedge of pipes, overlooks a small, uncrowded path (children can play safely). A weeping willow tree provides pleasant shade for lunch outside. You can also sunbathe out of sight. An outside water point allows you to easily rinse swimsuits and equipment when you return from the beach. A garage with sink shelters washing machine, dryer and accommodates all your equipment of beach or fishing ... Tranquility and serenity guaranteed for your holidays!

We stayed at Maryse’s lovely house in Trébeurden for two nights. We cycled from Lannion to explore the pink granite coast. The house has a large garage ideal for storing bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated after a long cycle. The beds are comfortable and the house is set in beautiful gardens. I would recommend staying here it’s a quiet location and close to beaches and town, we had a lovely stay thank you.

Einrichtung geschmackvoll, einladend und gepflegt, sehr schöner Garten. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig trotz Laufnähe zum Zentrum. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

maison lumineuse, facile à vivre, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée dans un jardin magnifique. Voisinage agréable. Idéalement située pour partir à la découverte de la côte de granit rose et autres merveilles bretonnes. Excellente communication avec Maryse très réactive et attentionnée. Recommandation +++

Avec mes 2 ados, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
La maison est grande, agréable, bien située, dans un environnement très calme. La maison est très bien équipée et les serviettes, draps sont disponibles.
Trebeurden est une belle petite ville (port, plage, îles...) et bien située, car on se rend assez facilement sur les beaux sites à visiter : île grande, Trégastel, ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirec
