The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.
Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

Haben uns auf dem Hügel sehr gut erholt. Der eigene Garten erlaubt einem, unter sich zu bleiben, der gemeinsame Pool mit Ausblick, mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Mail ist unkompliziert, die Vorabinfo zur Anreise und zu Ausstattungsdetails vorbildlich und die Reservierung in der Osteria im Nachbarort am Anreisetag komfortabel. Danke für die gute Zeit! Gerne wieder!

Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel. Vom Pool konnte man die Gegend wunderschön überblicken. Alles ist super gepflegt und es war Erholung pur. Wir waren nach der Ferienzeit da, daher war es sicherlich noch ruhiger als in der Hochsaison. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Auf der Terrasse gab es zwei schöne Sonnenliegen und eine kleine Chill-Ecke. Je nach Sonnenstand oder Wind konnten wir uns auf die angenehmste Seite der Terrasse zurückziehen. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Tout etes très bien pour nous. Jolie emplacement, calme mais bien placé avec differentes plages a 30/40 mnutes de distance
