About this villa rental
Detached house with private swimming pool, wifi and air conditioning, located south of Lucca on the outskirts of the small characteristic village of Colle di Compito with small shops and restaurant within walking distance.
This place offers you the highly requested accomodation form which means a completely private house with private pool and a small village within walking distance.
The house is brand new with beautiful interiors in a modern style in contrast to the beautiful, exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. A successful combination to emphasize the Tuscan style in a lighter and brighter version. Each room has large glass doors opening up to the garden which allow the light to flow in.
The house consists of:
Entrance into living room with kitchen corner and smart tv (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, American coffee maker, kettle). The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room, each with its own bathroom, so the house is not only suitable for families with children but also for two couples travelling together.
There is a double room with a wheelchair friendly bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined together) with a private bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a fenced, child-friendly garden with grassy areas and olive trees.
The view from the house and the garden is overlooking the olive groves.
The 8,5 x 5 meter swimming pool, with a depth of 1.40 mt is completely private and is not shared with anyone. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Around the pool there are sun loungers and a covered terrace (with barbecue) where you can eat your meals outdoors or just sit in the shade and check the children in the pool. There is also lounge furniture where you can relax or have a drink before dinner.
The house is equipped with safe, ironing facilities, washing machine, air conditioning, internet wifi, mosquito nets.
The very helpful owners Cristina and Marco live in the neighboring house and will keep the pool clean for you without disturbing your privacy.

The villa is set in a picaresque rural position with walking access to a couple of very good places to eat. The inside and outside of the property are well equipped, clean and well maintained. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. It is a lovely place to spend a week recharging.

The villa was exactly as described and the hosts were very helpful, friendly and just wanted to make sure that we had everything we need . The villa is a fantastic place to stay set in a lovely small Italian town that had all we needed . everyone was very friendly and helpful . There is a supermarket only 2 to 3 km away. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the beautiful area of Tuscany.

It was really amazing. We really had a great stay. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and a really quiet location. The house is nice and tidy and you have everything you need. The pool is nice and big and the adjoining terrace is very practical. We had a great time. Would we book again anytime.
