Great communication. Punctual. Well appointed apartment. The local coffee given to us on arrival was delicious. Surprisingly quiet come 10:30-11pm The 3 bedrooms gave us lots of room to spread out. Tons of restaurants nearby and a market for fruit in the morning. Water pressure is great. My only disappointment was the shower needs a reno. The bottom is loose, water gets in behind and is creating mold.

This a is great property with three bedrooms in a great location. My only complaint, the electric can only be on when you are inside the apartment, which includes the air conditioner. It was over 90 degrees in Naples when we were there and after a long day out, the back two rooms took hours to cool down. The first night, we were sweating until the middle of the night. I would definitely stay again, just maybe not in the heat of the summer!

Great location - true residential area, close to Via Toledo and short walk to Santa Lucia. Love the balcony. Apartment is spacious, tidy, with good AC and block-out blinds. Apartment is second floor with no lift access. It isn’t fancy (rust in shower, scuff marks on walls, mould along washing machine seal) but it’s affordable.
