Overall it's okay. This is the most affordable and proper hostel option in Paris, I think. Location is not that great, but it's okay. Breakfast is good though!

Nice place just a few minutes walk to a subway station.
Small, basic room but that all I need.
Room have microwave, stove, plates, bol and cutlery so you can cook your own food.
2 mini markets in front of the appt.
And a really nice park across thr street.
Staffs are friendly.
Breakfast is good.

I arrived for check-in at 3:00pm and was shown to my room. The condition of the room was very different from the photos advertised online. The pillows and bedding had visible stains, the room had a strong moldy smell, and overall it did not appear clean or well maintained. The promotional photos on Agoda give the impression of a brighter, cleaner space, which was not what I experienced.
Within 20 minutes of arriving, I returned to the lobby to request a refund, as I did not feel comfortable staying in the room. The receptionist asked me to point out the issues directly, so I walked her through the room and showed her the stains and cleanliness problems. Instead of addressing the concerns, she left without comment. Back at the desk, she then asked me to show her which photos I had seen online. I explained that there were very few accurate photos of the rooms or bathrooms, and the one hallway photo shown did not reflect the reality.
She briefly mentioned the possibility of another room but then said the hotel was fully booked, so that option was not available. When I confirmed that I would like a refund, she told me that I could not receive one directly and would need to contact the booking site.
Because of the poor conditions and lack of assistance, I left the hotel the same day and booked accommodation elsewhere. I also paid the city tax on arrival, which I believe should be refunded along with the room charge.
My experience was disappointing both in terms of cleanliness and service. I hope this feedback helps ensure better transparency for future guests.
