Modern comfortable kitchens living room with sofa bed and TV, all rooms have a large window with a view. Internet, independent heating. Outside a beautiful garden with table and chairs, to eat immersed in the countryside of our small farm with vineyard, olive grove and some fruit trees.

I highly recommend staying here. Very quiet & beautiful views all around. Olive groves & Vinyard right outside our door. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine from Rossano that he made. Very nice to have coffee & breakfast at our apartment. We loved visiting the nearby hill towns as well. 5 nights was a taste of Tuscan lifestyle. I believe I could live in the much slower pace of life here.

The signage to the property was good and needed as it was not shown on our gps. Property was quaint and quite and suited our needs. The surrounding area is beautiful and a photographers dream!
