With elderly grandparents the ground floor facilities were a real bonus. The lounge dining room works perfectly for a large group and is comfortable. Everyone agreed their bed was really comfortable with lovely bedding and plenty of space. Good location for the pub and the food at the Falcon is highly recommended. Great location for exploring Cirencester.
The garden could use a little love and some areas could do with a deeper clean… the king room with en suite as example…. The curtains are covered in dust and cobwebs at the wall side… a few more large glasses/ pint glasses/ tumblers would be helpful.

Beautifully converted
Yale locks meant we locked ourself out of downstairs bathroom and sofa bed needs an upgrade as very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable for 9 adults and 2 dogs
It would have been good to have comfy seating in garden as we were lucky enough to have good weather, but it did had 2 good size benches one with umbrella.
