Fantastic location and the hot tub was actually hot and conveniently located to room. We didn't get the correct text about our room. It was missing the door code to our actual room. Staff helped us sort it out. They were very helpful and friendly. Our favorite staff was Duncan who greeted us with wags. We made sure to say goodbye to him when we departed. (Yes, he's a dog)

This was the perfect property for my trip. It is small and I'll come back to that, but it is perfectly located, very easy to check in and check out, and very clean and well kept. It is the perfect size for one or two people, but if you try to fit four people with ski gear and winter clothes, I can see it being incredibly cramped. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at the Lifthouse for over 25 years. The location is great and is within walking distance from the gondola. The new hot tub on the 4th floor is great.
