About this chalet rental
Rental from April to October inclusive: from €945/week + tourist tax
Weekly bookings only (Saturday to Saturday) during July and August.
The chalet is located in La Bresse, just 5 minutes from the town center and 5 minutes from “La Bresse-Hohneck”. Situated on the mountainside, it overlooks the Mosellote river.
With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people. The person responsible for the booking must be an adult.
You will enjoy beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as the “Bol d’Air Aventure” park with its Fantasticable and curved zipline, the “Schlitte Mountain” summer toboggan run, swimming pool, downhill MTB, and more.
Arrival from 4:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM

Living area with flat-screen TV, DVD player, sofa, rocking chair, 2 armchairs
Dining area with table for 10 people, storage furniture, wood-burning stove (wood provided)
Upper Floor:
1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bed
1 bedroom with a 140x200 cm double bed and two 90x200 cm single beds
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and hydromassage column, vanity unit/mirror, sauna
1 separate toilet

Important Notes:
Due to rising electricity costs, please do not adjust the electric heaters (temperature set to 20°C). Adjustments can be made by us via an app if needed. Personal heaters are not allowed. In case of excessive heating use, an additional fee will be charged (real-time consumption monitoring via the app). The wood stove and firewood are available if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
Bed linen and towels are provided for weekly bookings. They can be rented for shorter stays.
Mandatory cleaning fee of €150 for stays under 7 nights.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by guests or can be booked as an option for €150 for weekly rentals.

Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine. Le chalet est spacieux et très bien équipé.

Das Chalet ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Darstellung im Inserat entspricht vollkommen der Realität. Die Küchenausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich! Die Lage zwischen Seen und Berge fanden wir optimal. Zum Einkaufen und Essengehen muss man jedoch das Auto nehmen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Das hübsche Chalet ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern. Es liegt sehr ruhig ein Stück weit weg von der Straße. Von der Terrasse mit urigem Holztisch aus bietet sich ein toller Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Region ist gut geeignet für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren. Auch kulinarisch gibt es viel zu entdecken - allerdings sind die regionalen Spezialitäten in der Regel sehr fleischlastig. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
