About this house rental
The house is rented by the week or by the weekend.
Marie's house, completely renovated in 2019, ideally located in the city center and in a quiet location, close to the sea and shops (5 minutes from the port and the city center). Traditional stone housing. Surface of 100 m2 with equipped south facing terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue), enclosed garden, private parking for 2 cars.
Home 6 people.
Modern, high-quality comfort: fitted kitchen (electric hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware), TNT TV, Wi-Fi connection, gas heating, washing machine and dryer, drying rack.
On the ground floor, kitchen / living room / living room, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, adjoining shower room and wc.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with small sea view, 2 double beds, shower room.
A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is to be paid upon booking when signing the rental contract.
If you do not wish to clean up before your departure, the package is € 80.
The security deposit is € 500, it is returned no later than 7 days after departure minus the cleaning fee if necessary and any damage.

- loan of baby equipment (folding bed, high chair).

Could have done with better quality of pillows for sleeping and better towels but very good overall.
One small toilet was also too small!.

The property was well modernised, clean and of great quality. The location was quiet and peaceful that we like. However, it was only a short walk to the port and a wide choice of good restaurants.
