About this house rental
The holiday home "Rose Garden" is located in front of the North Frisian Islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and near Flensburg (Baltic Sea) in the idyllic Klintum
The very high-quality equipment and the spacious and open spaces combined with English country house flair are ideal for escaping everyday life and immersing yourself in a decelerated world.
The open kitchen is ideal for ambitious hobby cooks who like to spoil their loved ones and do not want to do without professional equipment.
The accommodation
You can use the vacation home alone, without annoying neighbors. The 1,000 m², invisible, well-kept idyllic garden invites you to a relaxing barbecue evening or a sunny reading on the lounger.
The property is on the outskirts in an absolutely quiet location.
The adjacent Langenberger Forest with beautiful hiking trails is right on the doorstep.
A few minutes by car to Denmark and the romantic town of Tøndern and to the kilometer-long sandy beach (accessible by car) on the island of Rømø.
There are two free parking spaces directly at the house.
All things of everyday life can be reached in 5 minutes by car (EDEKA, LIDL, Famila).
In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, such as the famous Frieseneck (reachable on foot in 10 minutes). In addition, in the neighboring community, the cozy beer garden and the Berger restaurant.
The Hamburger Hallig and the oyster fisherman in Dagebüll embody real Frisian North Sea cuisine.
Other important information
Dogs can be accommodated after consultation. The final cleaning increases by € 50 per stay due to the additional effort.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine tolle Küche. Im Garten kann man sich wunderbar ausruhen oder toben. Der Wald in der Nähe ist absolut empfehlenswert. Nur das Wasserbett ist eben Geschmackssache. :)

Wir, 4 Frauen, haben 8 Tage in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders hat uns das gemeinschaftliche Kochen in der voll ausgestatteten Küche gefallen sowie die besondere Bibliothek, ein Wasserbett, ein stilvolles Badezimmer und die traumhafte Gartenanlage.

Das Ferienhaus ist vorbildlich ausgestattet, besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Garten sehr schönen Garten kann man in aller Ruhe die Zeit verbringen. Die kleinen Städtchen in der nahen Umgebung und natürlich die Nord- und Ostsee sind perfekte Ausflugsziele und schnell erreicht.
