The location is centralised. A modern apartment located within 5 minutes walk to central train station. Supermarket is just at the corner of the street.
Doesn't come with washing dryer.

The location is near the main market and 2 min walk from the subway. If you are a big group you will find it really comfortable. It has 7 beds and one big sofa. Also the view from the balcony was nice.
The towels were not clean. Half of them had stains like glue. The kitchen was really dirty especially the toaster had dirt and hairs inside. The owner trick us to get our cars in his parking area. We already parked them in a city parking lot and had paid and we told him and said it is fine. He insist that he owns a parking and he didn't say nothing about money. We parked the cars in his parking and then asked from us 15 euro for each car per day. His parking was not covering our cars from the weather and there were not as secure as the city parking which was below the ground and cost 14 euro per car.
