Das Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Wohnungen mit je einer Küche. Diese sind über eine Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden. Die Wohnungen liegen in der 1. & 2. Etage. Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig.
Der See ist etwa 20m entfernt. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants.
Direkt hinter dem Haus führt die Hauptrasse durch. Dadurch gibt es, auch in der Nacht, Lärmimmissionen.
Der Privatparkplatz im Freien kostet rekordverdächtige 30 Euro am Tag.
Es gibt keine Infomappe mit z.B. WLAN-Passwort, CheckOut-Zeiten, etc.

First of all, Cristina welcomed us heartedly and was a really great host! Secondly, the appartment is located at the center of Cernobbio and is spacious. Hard to find a better location!
The appartment is well looked-after, but has also come a bit of age. Furthermore, we would have liked to have a coffee machine but may places around where you could get your coffee to-go. Other than that it‘s a really beautiful and with a beautiful terrace and a very nice restaurant (bleuc) just around the corner.
