Our remodeled vacation home is conveniently located on the golf course/driving range with a short walk to Golf Course Restaurant. Unique spiral staircase leads to upstairs bedrooms and large deck over the garage has a view of the lake . Take a short walk across the street to the swim park/rec area for outdoor FUN. This home is fully equipped with everything you need. Just bring your favorite TOYS!

Nikki and Darrell have put a lot of thought into the property and it's amenities based on the short time they have owned it. Really,
all you need to do is bring food. Everything is there that you need. If you are brining a boat, it is just a short ways to the Almanor West boat ramp and putting the boat in and taking it out was a breeze. Plenty of parking for guests and their watercraft. Overall very relaxing week for all of us.

The property manager and info upon arrival were extremely helpful! Unfortunately, the house did not seem clean (ie. Floors were dirty, dusty shelves and windows). The heating system was also very confusing with no directions. On a positive note, there were lots of towels, kitchen supplies, and updated bathrooms.
