We had a great experince with our family staying at this home. Rooms were nice comfortable and well decorated, but the back yard sets it apart. Great pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The only downside was being on the north end of PS, it was a bit windier two of our six days. Where a couple miles south had almost no wind. On a hot day the wind was welcome but the cooler days made it too chill to take advantage of the pool. Kai was great, very responsive, and pool cleaner came twice during the week to keep it clean after the strong winds. Highly recomended.

The property itself is nice. The house has a good layout. We ventured out to Palm Springs with 6 ladies. We wanted to relax by the pool, make yummy meals and decompress. The house seemed to be a perfect fit. The day we checked in, we met the property owner there because he wanted to “go over” the rules and guidelines. All seems easy and well. Unfortunately the first day, we couldn’t use the pool...it was covered in a green mossy sludge. We contacted the owner and he said he’d call a pool guy. The pool guy came and cleaned it, said to stay out for a few hours. Bummer.
Next day the pool seemed good to go. The night before departure, we asked if we could have a late check out to “relax by the pool” they said sure, noon. We were woken up at 7:50 am to TREE TRIMMERS in the back yard. 3 men with ladders, chainsaws etc. I messaged the owner and he simply said “oh shoot, sorry I didn’t think they were coming!” He then proceeded to come over (unannounced), knocked and helped himself to coming in (without asking)
It felt very uncomfortable. He was apologetic, but at this point we were all over it. Terrible way to end the trip. The owner proceeded to hop in the pool to clean it out of debris. The whole thing was weird. The tree trimming ended about 10:45 and he said go ahead and stay till 12:30. No one could relax and we left.
