Used as a former SM studio, you have a very unusual location for renting with a vaulted cellar. The SM apartment offers space for imagination and who wants all sorts of fetish games.
You should enjoy the best time of the year or days off, maybe discover something new. Or you just surprise your partner, bring momentum into the relationship ... Maybe you just want to spend undisturbed hours for two or book a special apartment. It is also very suitable as a photo location. Spread over 2 floors there is a clinic and 3 black areas, a dungeon, hole, bar, 2 bathrooms, 1 rubber room with a hairdressing area. The concept is simple: You rent the apartment on the upper floor alone or with a basement:

When renting, of course, you have the entire apartment to yourself. You spend the night alone on the steel bed in the lounge or in pairs on the 1.60 m bed in the white area (this is set up as desired). The bathroom, the TV / video area and the bar are of course free to use. Every room is equipped with music. Fresh towels are mandatory. The lady on the ground floor lets the guests in by appointment & shows everything. It can also make rebookings. If necessary, invoices will of course be issued for renting. Those who do not want this for reasons of discretion will not do so. A person's ID must be shown for the security of the house.
