About this apartment rental
The new luxury apartment has a 9 sqm window front and approx. 12 sqm covered balcony. All with a panoramic view of the south and the spa town of Merano. Our house is located in one of the sunniest locations in Merano and surroundings. The price also includes the use of our modern Mediterranean garden with a salt water pool. The heated pool is in operation from around mid-April. The entire facility is largely car-free. You can park your car in one of our 2 spacious underground car parks. From there you can take the elevator to the floor of the apartment.

die Lage ist ideal, die Aussicht ist wunderschön und sonnig das Appartement ist super sauber, modern und bequem. Die Gastgeber sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
