About this apartment rental
A beautiful luxury apartment in a villa with private entrance just a few minutes' walk from the center of Kaprun. Supermarket | ski bus stop | K-onnection you will find it all at a short distance. The living room has a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with large Austrian seating area is fully equipped. From the dining area you have a view over the center and the Kitzsteinhorn. There are 5 parking spaces, two of which are under the carport. You can store your winter sports equipment in the heated and lockable large ski storage room with ski boot dryer. You can also place MTBs here. In short, a spacious apartment with great comfort for 12-14 people. Plenty of space! Due to the central location near the center, the ski bus and the ski slopes, a car is not necessary during your stay. Kaprun is known by ski enthusiasts as a great winter sports resort. A short (walking distance) distance from the new 3K K-onnection to the glacier.
Many benefits for our guests: As our guest you will receive a great online discount on all ski and snowboard lessons and rental of ski equipment. The supermarket is (almost) at the door. Fresh buns from the bakery, but also groceries from the supermarket can both be done online and delivered to your home.

I really enjoyed my stay here, clean house in a great condition, beautiful neighborhood, nice porch with gorgeous views, Full stocked kitchen, nice living room, the owner and the managers were really kind, it was a pleasure dealing with them

A family of 9 shared the lower apartment of this house (bottom 2 floors with a spacious deck). The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for the family. We had enough common space for rainy days as well. The apartment was very clean and the rooms large enough. The deck is fabulous with beautiful view of the mountains on one side and the village the other. The village, restaurants and shops are all a short walk away.
The bike trail is literally 30 seconds from the house and Billa grocery is 2 min walk.
Would absolutely recommend!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Kaprun verbracht, das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung, die Lage des Hauses ist Super! Der Supermarkt ist gleich ums Eck, sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Famile Smith und die Frau Bütner waren immer für Fragen ansprechbar und sehr schnell telelefonisch erreichbar. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen, vielen Dank!

I have just returned from my third visit to Kaprun using Haus Almkreek as our base from which to enjoy the ski slopes of the nearby Kitzsteinhorn mountain. The quality of all the facilities in the chalet/villa is outstanding with absolutely everything provided for a group of residents, ranging from ample crockery and cooking facilities to a washing machine, sauna and good wifi. The furnishing of the lounge and bedrooms is top-class.
The property is maintained to a spotlessly high standard and it's location is ideal, with a supermarket 2 minutes away, the bus stop for the free bus to the slopes just 4 minutes away and only 10 minutes walk from Kaprun centre for shopping and/or apres ski activities.
We enjoyed our visit so much, that on our return journey to England we were already discussing our plans to use Haus Almkreek next year.
The owners, Els and Jerry Smith were very helpful in all the organisation and planning of our visit and were very prompt in responding to any questions or issues that I raised.
I have no hesitation in recommending Haus Almkreek as a base for a holiday in the Kaprun and Zell am Zee area.
