About this apartment rental

A newly renovated and modernly furnished one-bedroom apartment with a shared pool and garden, Mare A3 is located on the ground floor of the apartment house. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa and TV, an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and dining area for two guests, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with king bed, and a terrace with sitting area for two persons. The guests also have a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and private parking at their disposal. The house is surrounded by a beautiful shared green garden and the guests can spend their time relaxing by the shared swimming pool with sun beds. The apartment house is located in Rovinjsko selo, only a 7-minute drive to the famous tourist destination Rovinj. The nearest beach is only a 7-minute drive from the apartment.
