This house has a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux, located in the middle of cherry, apricot, peach and vineyards. You will enjoy the calm and serenity in this green setting and you can enjoy absolute relaxation in the shade of the trees or by the 12mX6m swimming pool.
In summer, this house enjoys an extremely rare freshness due to the thickness of the stone walls.
On the ground floor: The entrance hall distributes the living room, a bedroom with its bathroom, the dining room.
From the kitchen distributes the indoor dining room and the summer dining room which is an ideal place to enjoy the superb view of Mont Ventoux and the garden while being sheltered from the heat.
Also on the ground floor there is the large utility room with large capacity washing machine and dryer.
The staircase leads to the vast landing which distributes the bedrooms and the office.
One bedroom with king bed and one small bed and bathroom with sink and w. vs. This room has air conditioning.
One bedroom with queen bed with its bathroom with sinks and shower and the w. vs.
One bedroom with queen bed which has direct access to the large bathroom with shower and tub and w. vs. Attached.
The garden and the swimming pool will be maintained.

Grande et belle maison provencale aux extérieurs soignés avec en prime une vue sur le mont Ventoux.
Lieu calme et reposant à l'écart de la route principale (mais à 5 mn en voiture du centre ville de Malaucène).
Le propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'intendance sont attentionnés.
