About this apartment rental
The apartment is suitable for up to 7 people (83 sqm) 1 large living room with a comfortable pull-out couch and separate bed, large Samsung Smart TV,
2 rooms with 2 single beds per room and clothes closets, the kitchen is completely new and modern fully equipped, large dining table with 6 chairs, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, refrigerator, radio, clock, knife block, toaster, dishes , Pots, pans etc.
Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, soap and towels.
There is a large closet in the hallway. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. WIFI AND INTERNET FOR FREE !!!!!!!
From 2 nights to 2 per. 65 euros per night + 10 euros per additional person,
the final cleaning is 18 euros. The city center is approx. 3.5 km away and the tram stop is approx. 100 meters from the house. Free parking spaces are available. We are looking forward to your visit.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist einwandfrei zu empfehlen.Nur im Badezimmer hätten wir lieber eine Dusche statt Badewanne mit Rollo gehabt, ist aber Geschmackssache. Steht auch so in der Beschreibung. Im Erdgeschoss werden 2 Wohnungen kernsaniert, aber ohne großen Lärm zu verursachen. Hat uns nicht gestört. Parkplatz ohne Probleme zu bekommen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist, wie im Internet beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man sieht, wieviel Mühe sich die Gastgeber gegeben haben mit liebevollen Details. Genug Platz, um auch mit Familie und Kindern dort zu verweilen. WiFi und ein internetfähiger Fernseher lassen keine Wünsche auf.(Youtube, Amazon prime ect) Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich um Ihre Gäste bemühen. Schlüsselschließfach mit Code vorhanden und somit ist man zeitlich nicht an die Übergabe der Schlüssel gebunden. Die Umgebung ist ein wenig außerhalb doch nur wenige Meter neben der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine Straßenbahn, die bis in die Innenstadt fährt ohne umsteigen und in nur wenigen Minuten. Parkmöglichkeiten sind für das private Auto vorhanden. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Der Buchungsvorgang verlief sehr merkwürdig. Obwohl alle Steuern und Gebühren im Preis enthalten sein sollten, wurden am Ende noch mal Steuern drauf geschlagen. Eine Nachfrage bei Fewo Direkt blieb bis heute unbeantwortet.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet. Eine Straßenbahn fuhr direkt an unserem Schlafzimmerfenster in der 2. Etage vorbei. Mehrere Wohnungen im Haus sind durch junge Monteure bewohnt. Die am Wochenende Alkohol konsumieren und dann entsprechend laut sind. Der Lärm ging bis morgens 4 Uhr.
Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und vorbildlich sauber. Uns hat lediglich eine Salatschüssel gefehlt und die Handtücher könnten größer sein.
