For lovers of the beach and water sports or hiking .. my apartment is on the ground floor with a private enclosed garden and terrace less than 50 m from the beach of Saint Colomban in Carnac (Windsurf and windsurf club) in a very quiet small residence!
The very bright apartment includes living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, two bedrooms with washing machine and dishwasher.
The decoration is very neat and cozy with terrace and garden facing south south west.

If you have bikes, parking available ..

Logement situé dans une résidence calme, à proximité de la plage de St-Colomban, plage privilégiee pour les sports nautiques non motorisés.
Carnac est une grande station balnéaire. Le logement est situé un peu à l'écart de toute cette agitation, ce qui a été très appréciable.
Présence d'un sentier côtier a proximité, ainsi qu'une petite épicerie.
Pour le reste, la voiture est nécessaire pour de nombreux déplacements, et visites.
Les déplacements à vélo sont aussi utilisés, mais en période estivale, ce déplacement nous paraît ne pas être le plus secure avec des enfants (circulation trop importante).
Logement très propre et très bien décoré.
On s'y sent un peu comme à la maison. La luminosité y est aussi très belle.
Le jardin et la terrasse sont aussi très agreables.
Nous recommandons vraiment.

Appartement super agréable à St Colomban. Très belle terrasse et jardin en rez de chaussé. Idéal pour ceux qui apprécient le calme et les sports nautiques de St Colomban.
