The room was very modern and spotless .Carmen that checked us in was very helpful and the cleaner helped when I needed to contact someone there
There was not always some one there communication was via whats app which was fine till my phone was stolen in naples

Exceptionally clean and modern accommodation in Naples. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing! Really close to the train station for access to the metro/train but also some excursion we booked. Communication was fantastic. Carmen was an excellent host, so friendly and helpful from arrival until departure. Breakfast vouchers were provided for a little cafe across the road, serving delicious coffee and pastries. We sat in the cafe and also chose take away on the few mornings that we had early plans. It was a really lovely touch.
