High Pointe 3332 Experience a home away from home at this airy condo sitting beside the pristine sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The coastal tones and bright ambiance of this condo will allow your mind to slip into vacation mode immediately. Walk out to the furnished balcony and feel the salty breeze in your hair and the warmth of the Florida sun on your skin.
You won't be able to stay inside long, as all of the onsite amenities are waiting just outside your door. You will have access to tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, a lazy river pool, a playground for the little ones, and a path leading straight to the waters of the Gulf! After everyone is winding down and gathered back at home base, head into the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar to cook up a delicious dinner while still being able to visit with loved ones! There are memories just waiting to be made at this beautiful retreat.
Though you will want to spend most of your days relaxing by the water, there is a lot to see nearby. Just across the street is an adorable shopping area with local boutiques and charming cafes. Drive a few miles up the coast and you will find Carillo Beach and Camp Helen State Park where you can rent a kayak or hike around the various trails for some serene time alone. A few more miles up the road, you will arrive at Pier Park, the biggest shopping hub in Panama City. If golf is your game, Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles in the opposite direction as well.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love everything about High Pointe 3332! The pool is fabulous, and the beach is the most beautiful place we've been to! We spent a few evenings at Crabby Steve's with their friendly staff and good food, while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We experienced High Pointe last November when the weather was cold and rainy. We spent a lot of time indoors enjoying our meals, relaxing and visiting the local sites. It is a totally different place during the summer months with crowds of people everywhere. We love this area with the specialty shops and restaurants, and can't wait till our next trip! Thank you!

The unit at High Pointe was clean, bright, and had a beautiful view over the pool to see some of the Gulf. You could hear the waves crashing onto shore. We walked down the ramp to the white beach, sometimes stopping at Crabby Steve's on the property for lunch or drinks, or to watch the sunset. Shops and restaurants of all types are within walking distance. It's a perfect location for walking and biking!

I have never left a bad review before now. Normally, I think it’s a crappy thing to. Most issues can be taken care of with a conversation with whoever is in charge at a business. But I’m not sure how this issue could have been resolved so I’m writing this as a heads up to anyone considering renting this condo. The pool equipment is right outside this building next to the pool and It is VERY LOUD. I would Not have rented this condo if I had been aware of this problem. I could not sit out on the balcony without ear plugs. Inside the unit was not as bad but if you are sensitive to noise there was a constant hum inside the condo. The location and cleanliness was great but anyone looking at this unit needs to be aware of the noise issue before you rent it.
