We liked the remote location, the beautiful property and the friendly host. The beach is just a short walk (400m) from the house thorough the Sani forest, many other places are also within reach by car. The local beach is not very visited and it is very beautiful, clear water and a sunset view. The house is very spacious, every room is equipped with an air-conditioner, with a rustic interior.
The roads leading to the house are not paved and very bumpy. The short road to the beach has very fine sand where our car got stuck but we could push it out. The longer road is ok. The remote location also means that there is no dumpster where you can dispose the trash, however the host was nice and agreed to take care of our trash.
The description is a bit misleading concerning the number of bathrooms. The house has one big bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, and only a WC (no shower options) on the top floor.
The cellphone coverage is very spotty thus the wifi and LTE internet are very slow. Which could be perfect if you want to disconnect but if you need internet for remote work, then this could be an issue.

location is not same as shown on Booking, there are no 2 bathrooms as described, you definitely need a car to stay in this villa.
