Very hospitable host met us in the entrance. Location is great and room was cosy and very warm. There were a bit Christmas decorations, chocolates and wine in the room, which made even better impression!
I recommend you to take earplugs with you, as the walls between rooms are thin and any voice can be easily heard. However, even this didn't spoil our stay!

Lication is good next to the park
To enter the apartment you have to go through another apartment with several rooms. fortunately we were the only guests. the apartment is nice but the hygiene is at a very low level. towels are half cotton half synthetic and the bedding is questionable. The owners still have a lot of work to do to justify the apartment as a luxury
