Had some trouble with the fridge but other than that everything was great!

We had a fantastic stay at Fern Cottage. The location is ideal, just 5–10 minutes from Volcanoes National Park and close to restaurants and shops in Volcano Village. The cottage felt cosy and homely, with a very comfortable bed, plenty of blankets, and hot showers that were perfect after a day of hiking.
We loved sitting out on the decking with our morning coffee, surrounded by peaceful rainforest sounds. The host was kind and welcoming, and the facilities, including the gas cooker, had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

A casa é muito funcional, com cozinha equipada e camas confortáveis. O senhorio (Elaine e Carter) são simpáticos e solícitos.
Tudo perfeito. Para quem vai explorar o lado neste (Hilo e arredores) fica muito perto e ao lado da entrada do Parque do Kīlauea. Entretanto, para os lados de Kona, é bem distante

Location was PERFECT! Close to Volcano National Park. Tucked back off the main road.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but overall we had an amazing stay!
