Excellent location, well stocked and clean. Slightly misleading in its advertising of an air conditioned 4 bdrm- with 2 queens, 1 king, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa. It is actually 3 bdrm with a 1 queen, 2 twins and a king. The sleeper sofa was actually the 2nd queen and made it awkward for 3 couples on who drew the short straw. We ended up pushing the two twins together. The beds were very comfortable though. It did have air conditioning in each bedroom but none in the common gathering rooms making it a little uncomfortable during the daytime. Fans and open windows helped relieve it.

The home was comfortable with a phenomenal view. We spent most of our time on the balcony even ate all meals out there! Convienent to stores and nice restaurants and a great place to take walks around the neighborhood and the beach.
It was advertised as a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. We had seven adults and only 6 were able to sleep in a private room I am assuming the 4th "bedroom" is the room with the wet bar and sofa sleeper that just has a divider between that room and the third bedroom. No door and limited privacy. No closet or dresser. Also there was only 2 full bathrooms the third bathroom was a 1/2 bath. other than that this is a great rental with a nice inground pool and spa. Also a great master bedroom. We made it work. It should be advertised as a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and sleeps 8 people.
