The staff is incredible. JANET (who said "just call me 'J' at the front desk) repeatedly referred to me by name the entire time I was there. We conversed and had a few laughs. The morning of departure, I went to get coffee and the staff over the breakfast area came all the way to where I was to check on me and offer fruit. Hands down, the staff makes this place great! I also appreciate the fact that I could park not too far away from the entrance and that it is free on weekends.
Because of the design of the room, it took a long time to find out how to turn the lights on in the bathroom. Also, I had to develop a scientific method to turn the shower off. One of the ice/water machines on the 3rd floor was not working. The one in the fitness center was working.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly, the rooms were modern and comfy. Easy to get around and everything was very clean. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the room was very nice
Pulling in to checking where the valet is, was very small and one way, people were in front of us and behind as and we couldn't get out until they returned back to their car from checking in/out.

The staff (J in particular and the waitress/bartender) but everyone was very nice and helpful.
The cleanliness of the room the bathroom especially. I have pictures the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or wiped down at all blood on the shower wall toilet seat not screwed down floors not swept or mopped left over drops of hotel shower shampoo from previous guest the couch had a stain I clean my rooms before I unpacked at every hotel so I noticed everything it was pretty disgusting
