The cabin was a perfect fit for a long weekend at the beach with family. Great location. The check in and check out process was super easy. Communication was top notch!

Overall we enjoyed our stay because we were with family, but there are definitely some things that can be improved for future guests:
1) The address that was sent to us for the location was not correct, and we had to drive an extra two hours.
2) It seems that the house had not been checked before we arrived because the refrigerator (we were told was available downstairs) had been off for several days and was full of mold and mildew.
3) The owner responded each time we reached out but he was never proactive about touching base with us.
4) The couch in the family room was very dirty and stained.
5) About half of the outdoor furniture is broken and without cushions.
6) The outdoor shower was not usable because the handle is broken off.
7) The towels in the house were damp from the previous guests and we had to wash them all before using.
8) The dishwasher was full of dishes.
