This beautiful apartment is in a quiet location, in a listed old building from 1699 and has been completely renovated. Modernity and history merge into one here. A high quality and individual furnishing gives it a unique character.
The 75 square meters of living space are divided into two rooms, a large hall, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. The room heights of around 3.10 meters convey a spacious feeling. Historical equipment details such as cassette doors, windows, lampworks, wooden floorboards and cement tiles have been preserved.
You can enjoy the evening or the weekend on the two balconies - south and west - or the spacious garden. A parking space in the nearby property saves you from looking for a parking space.

Unser Aufenthalt in Speyer war wirklich nett.
Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter sehr nett. Alles sehr unkompliziert.

Wir haben 4 schöne Tage in einer komfortablen und individuell eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
