This modern, spacious 2-bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the extensive and well-maintained Selwo Hills residential complex in Estepona. The complex offers beautifully maintained communal gardens and a swimming pool. At just 900 meters away, the beach is only a few minutes away.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning as well as hot and cold water. A secure underground parking garage is also available.
The beautifully furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator from the garage or the first floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility terrace and a dining terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens and mountains. The terrace is equipped with an awning to provide shade or sun. The lounge leads onto the large south-west facing terrace.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with sun loungers. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has access to the bathroom with shower.
Selwo Hills is located between the towns of San Pedro Alcantara and Estepona in a privileged location between the mountains and the sea and just a few minutes' drive from the beaches and restaurants.

Very nice property , owner very helpful. BUT VRBO website is incorrectly stating that linen at 20 euros per person in payable from 2024 when it is payable now. The owner and I agree VRBO should refund me the 80 euros you cost me
