Apartment (50 sq meters) featuring 2 bedrooms, a living room, a private outdoor space with outdoor furniture. Access to the pool. 4 sleeps
The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The house is part of a complex of holiday cottages with a big pool.

• 1 double bedroom
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
Outdoor space:
• Private outdoor space with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) to eat and relax.
FACILITIES:
Wi-fi available in the living room and in the pool
Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Possibility to access to the farmland and the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)
