About this apartment rental
Comfortable apartments inside a complex of holiday houses with private outside space organized with tables and chairs. Swimming pool in common. Parking area in common. Common area with free Wi Fi.
Semi-detached house (70 sq meters) featuring 1 double bedoom, a living room, a private garden, a patio with outdoor furniture. Our guests have access to the pool. It is possible to add 2 beds for children under 12. Sleeps: 2 adults + 2 children (upon request)
The house is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big pool

• Big living room with fireplace, dining table, sofa, TV, wi-fi
• Kitchen
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
• Loft where it is possible to add 2 extra beds for children below 12
Outdoor space:
• Patio with outdoor furniture (1 table and chairs) to eat and relax
• Private garden
• Private parking near the house
FACILITIES: Wi-fi available in the living room and in the pool
Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Access to the farmland and access to the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)

Capranica is a nice place to stay in a rural area. Christina is a very helpful and nice person. The stay was extremely pricy and the description of the apartment was correct. The pool is perfect for relaxing
