The villa "l'écho des vagues" rated 5 stars, is pleasant and warm, ideal for holidays with family or friends
You can enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool secured at 28 C°, as well as relaxing moments while listening to music in the lounge or on the terrace. (High quality Bluetooth speaker).
If you feel like it, why not take advantage of the bar upstairs with a sea view.
The enclosed garden will allow children to play. (Various games available: ping-pong table, bicycles (helmets are not provided), archery, badminton, petanque, Finnish bowling, giant mikado...).
With an exceptional environment, this haven of peace is located 300 meters from the beaches and is excellent for idleness.
For the more adventurous, the practice of water sports such as sand yachting, paddle, kayaking, surfing are possible at the nautical center of Plouescat or Dossen in Santec.
As for the most gambler, you will find what you are looking for thanks to the golf courses and casinos of Carantec and Roscoff.
Near the villa, discover an exceptional heritage; indeed, islands, castles, museums, gardens, punctuate the area (island of Batz, castle of Kerjean, exotic garden of Roscoff...).
The many coastal paths (including the GR34 at the foot of the villa), one of the most famous in France, are conducive to unforgettable walks.
The small typical Breton fishing port in Moguériec (5 min walk), lively throughout the year with its bars, crêperies, restaurants; will allow you to stroll, sit and enjoy the sea view.
As an option, a second relaxation area including a 6-seater jacuzzi (whirlpool and jets) as well as a table football from the cult brand Bonzini will delight young and old alike.
This outbuilding of the villa is embellished with a terrace and garden furniture.
If you choose to take the option, its amount will be paid on site: 280 euros per week.
The cleaning service is also optional and to be paid on site, 140 euros.

We just returned from two wonderfully relaxing weeks at this fantastic holiday home – and honestly, we’re still a little heartbroken to have left!The house is insanely well-equipped – honestly, it felt like they thought of everything before we even realized we needed it. From kitchen gadgets to cozy blankets, it was all there. Spotless, too! You could have eaten off the floors (though we didn't... mostly because the dining table was just too nice).Communication with the hosts was warm, easy, and super friendly – you can really feel that they care about their guests. The location was also spot-on: quiet enough to unwind, but close enough to explore the area without needing a GPS degree.Our kids absolutely loved it – and if the kids are happy, the parents are extra happy, right? Between the space, the little adventures around, and the comfy setup, they had the best time.All in all: a perfect stay. Would come back in a heartbeat (or sooner if teleportation is invented).

Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Would recommend

Beautiful and very well equipped property. The host is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful.
Lovely little touches included welcome pack and bowls of sweets around the house (which went down well with adults & children alike!)
Very well position for beach walks & local towns. Very good supermarkets are close by.
The pool is amazing and the hot tub is worth the extra cost.
The property is spacious, clean and exceptionally well equipped (including board games and arts & crafts!) We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Hope to come back again, we all loved our stay here. Highly recommend!
