About this house rental
Located only 30 meters away from the long beach of Sables d’Or Les Pins, between two capes (Cap d’Erquy and Cap Frehel), this spacious and comfortable house provides a fabulous view out over the sea from the living room bow window, from the kitchen and from all the bedrooms upstairs.
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance with a corridor leading to a large kitchen open to a living room with a working fireplace, and to a dining room with a large bow window. Another corridor leads to the first bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and separate toilets. Upstairs, a mezzanine and three bedrooms with a sea view (one bedroom is equipped with a soccer table football and a pinball), another bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and separate toilets. Baby equipment is available (folding bed, changing table, baby bath, high chair).
You will benefit from the garden in the pine trees and the terrace with its garden salon and BBQ. You will also have access to the basement where you will find a washing machine, a freezer, fishing gear, and two inside parking spots. A five minutes walk will give you access to the sailing school, the casino and to the shops and restaurants.
You can practice many water sports (sailing, surfing, bodyboarding, kitesurfing, sand yacht, etc) and enjoy the calm waters of the lagoon at high tide for a paddle ride. Golf course and equestrian centre close by.

We had an excellent holiday in this lovely house, very well equipped, for us all, including an 18month old baby. Sables d'Or is a beautiful place for a holiday. The beach is just across the road from the house and everything else is within walking distance. There is a large supermarket two or three miles away. Isabelle is a very welcoming host and always available to help. We shall all look forward to staying again in the future.

Large house with everything you would need, large garden surrounding the house, even has a vegetable plot.
Panoramic views of beach/sea from most windows and sea facing garden area is very private and not overlooked.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the property serving mainly French and Italian cuisine and couple of places also serving burger style food.
Nearest large supermarket is 10 minutes away in a car (super u) on the d786 heading toward Erquy (which also has a lovely beach).
There is broadband internet at the house, which was fast enough to cope with Amazon firestick (with all the usual channels working fine except for Amazon prime ?)
There’s a basement double garage that has extra fridge and freezer and that’s also where the washing mashing is. We found it useful to unpack and pack the car from the garage area although this does involve a flight of stairs.
Loved our stay there, very peaceful, will go again.
Isabelle (the owner, lives nearby) speaks very good English and was available via mobile phone.
The beach was clean along the whole bay, with a sailing club to the far left of the bay which catered for adults and children.
