Pods lovely. Seabeds pod, stunning view. Breakfast delivered by 0830 every morning. Wellness activities available to book. Hot tub lush.
Sauna ect very expensive extras and already almost Ā£400 per night in March. Sauna not hot but we we did get offered another go.

The pod itself was lovely, well appointed with nice touches such as projector and screen, mood lighting, and electrically operated curtains.
No attempt was made to reduce insects. Would it really be that difficult to have citronella, for example? This made it very difficult to just sit out on the deck which was a shame.
The fridge was very small which is odd in what is, essentially, a self catering property.
The biggest issue is that the check in and check out times make the property impractical for a single night stay. The owners could simply refuse to take single night bookings in order to ensure that their customers have a good experience but, particularly when you factor in their dynamic pricing model, it is clear that they only care about money and not about customer satisfaction. This was epitomised when we woke up on my partnerās birthday which they knew about as I paid extra for the room to be decorated and realised that we would have benefited from an extra half hour or so in order to not be rushed in checking out but this was refused. There is simply no rational basis to refuse half an hour of extra time and I have never experienced such poor customer service at such an expensive property in my entire life. The breakfast basket had a note which even that if you stayed longer you would be charged Ā£90 for each hour. I would have happily paid the extra but was told this wasnāt possible so why mention it on the card??
