Breakfast was excellent as was the cup of tea offered on arrival. Our room was lovely and bright with big windows and plenty of space, tea and coffee facilities are always a bonus and very much appreciated. A great stay for a very reasonable price for 3 nights over bank holiday, location excellent, a very short walk to the main road and the clock tower.

The breakfast is excellent & the location close to beach ⛱️ & amenities, Cathy and Alan are lovely hosts, very funny & friendly, very laid back. This is our third time staying here, and would recommend it to anyone. A bonus aswell, it has off road parking, which is a big plus. Liam & Paula
