CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
We inform that the building staff is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

The opening and usage schedule of the pool depend exclusively on the homeowners' association.
Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making power over this service and does not receive official notification in case of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for modifications to the calendar or opening hours, whether by decision of the community or by any other circumstance beyond our management.
The indicated dates are indicative and are subject to change without prior notice. The pool opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.

The apartment is comfortable and in a great location. The view from the balcony is stunning—especially in the morning and at dusk. Convenient to restaurants, shops and grocery stores, the fabulous bus system of the Costa del Sol made it incredibly easy to get to Malaga, Torremolinos, or anywhere on the coast.Our only real complaint was that the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly—bottom sheet was not fitted and couldn’t tuck in on all sides of the bed. The host did try to replace the sheets but it was just more of the same. Every night/morning, we’d wake up in a tangle of sheets and blankets. Not fun.Lidia, our host, was accom

Goed compleet ingericht appartement, met uitzicht op zee en de boulevard. In maart was het nog geen seizoen, dus plaats genoeg om de auto aan de boulevard of bij de 6 restaurants en de supermarkt op 100 m afstand te parkeren. Een paar kleinigheden, te weten een loszittende keukenkraan en de knop van het toilet door tussenkomst van het verhuurbedrijf verholpen. Een grote TV met Spaanse zenders. Met een eigen laptop met KPN.TV of Ziggo en een HDMI kabel van de laptop naar de TV kun je ook alle Nederlandse zenders op groot beeld zien. De wifi werkt daarvoor prima.
