Northwestern Alumni, Parents, Corporate Travelers, and Evanston Adventure Seekers!! This property is all about coming together. Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. Also if you want to check out the melting pot of Chicago, take a train, and you'll be there in 15 minutes. High Speed Internet with Disney + and Netflix at your fingertips. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment was meticulously clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and we very much enjoyed our visit to Evanston for college tour of Northwestern.

My daughter and I spent 3 nights at this condo. It was very nice, quiet and clean! Plenty of room and well stocked in a generous way. I prefer windows in the bedroom but there was a wall of windows in the living room. Property manager very responsive!
