It's a nice apartment 50 meters from Charpen, quite cozy, and has everything you need. Wifi works well, view is nice, it's not nosy. Keys are collected from a nearby store, so the check in is quite easy.
I wish we didn't have to return the keys to that store and could just leave the keys inside.

- A clean and spacious place for solo/ couple traveller,
- Excellent location with a 2 min walk to charpennes metro station and a 15 min walk from the main part dieu train station,
- A 10 min walk to Parc de la tete,
- lots of e scooters around place which can get you around central lyon easily,

Communication for check in was good. An alternate parking garage was arranged as the garage in the building is under construction. Close to metro and trams. Kitchen and home was well equipped. Bed was comfortable.
The photos are very flattering. The space is dilapidated and cleanliness was questionable. We had to rewash many of the dishes and utensils and the bathtub had small pockets of mould in the corners.
