Small town feel at a great value. We have stayed in Lexington and Louisville in the past but we always come back to this guest suite since its walking distance to the local restaurants, bars and coffee places. Being able to park next to the guest suite with all of our luggage is a plus also. Our hosts are nearby so if there are any issues, they have always responded very quickly.

We had a fantastic stay on St.Clair in Frankfort! The room was clean and comfortable, but most importantly location, location, location! 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace, 15ish minutes drive to Castle and Key. We took the “trolley tour” of the historic downtown and really enjoyed being in walking distance of many restaurants Serafini’s for a nice dinner, Goodwood Brewery, The Brown Barrel, Sig Lurschers, and our favorite was Bourbon on Main. We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay on our little getaway!

Such an immaculately kept 1 BR flat down by the river, steps away from the courthouse and walkable to so much of downtown Frankfort. We’ll be back!

This suite was the perfect spot to enjoy downtown Frankfort. Suite was clean and equipped with adequate amenities.
