About this house rental
Very close to the beach, a cottage that is all about the outdoor spaces and spending time with family! Providing a comfortable space for 8 people. Less than a 3 minute walk to the clearest beach on Lake Erie, Bay Beach. 2025 features a completely renovated kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and all new stainless steel appliances. (New photos coming in May) There are also new floors throughout the main living area. With a recently renovated sunroom with dining and seating area, some fun new lighting and many other updates you will enjoy all the updates. We have added an additional outdoor dining area and a cozy hammock retreat. Take one of our adult bicycles out for a tour of this quaint beach town.
We are bungalow style living all on one floor and bedroom layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 - Double Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - Double Bed (Sleeps 2)
Pullout sofa - queen
Pullout chair - single
The area offers great restaurants, shops, a craft brewery along with excellent seasonal events. An affordable family vacation home in the heart of Niagara's wine country. 20 mins from Niagara Falls, 10 mins from the US and 5 mins from Safari Niagara.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.
Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocation, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs.
TOTAL Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. Please note this home cannot accommodate more than 8 guests due to Town of Fort Erie rules in the approved rental licence.

Beautiful and cozy cottage, a very short walk away from the main beach area. Clean, well maintained, with a BBQ and a fire pit. Check-in was seamless and smooth, the owner communicated quickly, and the wi-fi was nice and fast. Highly recommended.
