Die Lage und die Aussicht!
Die doch etwas sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer. Das Objekt ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verschiedene Teile bedürfen der Instandhaltung. Leider war der Jacuzzi verschmutzt und außer Betrieb! Es gibt ungefähr alleine sechs Kaffeemaschinen von denen einige nicht funktionieren!

Whole house exceptionally well furnished and equipped especially the kitchen, which was also very spacious. Great views and located close to golf courses, beach, shopping (Puerta Banus and Marbella). Outdoor space very good with multiple terraces (can get shade) and an excellent rooftop solarium with lovely mountain and sea views.
Only small things. Comments - it is an older property. As a town house with stairs it may not be suitable for those who cannot manage stairs well - the floors and stairs are of a marble/travertine type material which can be slippery when wet or if you are wearing indoor slippers or socks.
