Nice hosts, reasonably priced shuttle to the airport, easy explanation of key collection and orientation, very detailed and easy to understand, courteous service
I informed them in advance that I was coming with a service dog, but for some reason they claim they didn't know, but it was resolved easily and courteously.

easy to follow instructions - the video was very helpful.
the bathroom wasn't clean and needs to be updated. lots of rust in places. the rubbish bin had not been emptied in the bathroom leaving the feeling it hadn't been cleaned properly. The floors were dirty.
