About this house rental
Completely renovated house of 170 m2 ideally located in the center of Vannes, close to the coastal paths, the port and the magnificent peninsula of Conleau.

The house overlooks a small, very quiet square in a family neighborhood.
Bus lines are within walking distance as well as the ferry terminal, the starting point for boats to explore the Gulf of Morbihan.
The casino and its restaurant as well as the aquarium are 10 minutes walk from the house.
For families, we have everything you need for your children: board games, travel cot (on request).
The house can accommodate up to 10 people maximum under conditions.
Travelers access
Travelers will have access to the entire house as well as the garage and its front and rear private and closed complement.
The house comprises on the ground floor a large en-suite bedroom with bath and shower room, as well as a dressing room. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, ... A table football is also available to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
A laundry room with dryer, washing machine, iron is also available.
Upstairs, you will have two double bedrooms, and a large bedroom with two pull-out beds (for 4 beds). A bathroom and a bathroom with WC are also upstairs.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Other remarks
The price indicated is for 8 people. An additional 5 euros per night / additional person will be requested (max 2 more people).

Well appointed, very clean, good location to port and old town, in a quiet neighborhood. Sun-filled interior and private backyard.
6 adults (2 couples, 2 individuals) had appropriate private space and convenient common space to enjoy!

Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison, si proche du centre historique de Vannes, de la gare maritime, du golfe du Morbihan dans son ensemble et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir. La propriété est bien pensée et agencée et nous a permis de nous détendre dans un cadre soigné, calme et propre.
Teresa a été disponible et à l'écoute, notamment en répondant rapidement à chacun de nos messages. De bon conseil et extrêmement serviable, elle s'est montrée particulièrement accommodante quant à notre modification de planning involontaire et nous l'en remercions.
Les goodies sur le comptoir de la cuisine à notre arrivée ont également été bien appréciés ;-)
Nous avons adoré le coin et envisageons d'y revenir, nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre contact avec Teresa pour une autre semaine de location.

Point de chute idéal pour découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan. De plus, Vannes est une petite ville très intéressante .
