About this villa rental

Large Provencal villa located in a quiet residential area in the bay of Cannes, close to all commerce and many tourist activities. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, an equipped kitchen (facing the swimming pool), a living room. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with wood stove, a large loggia. All renovated, with all the necessary comfort, high-end equipment, careful decoration, air conditioning in all rooms. Outside: a tree-lined garden, a very large heated swimming pool (12x6.6m), a large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, private parking for 2/3 places. Wifi and cleaning included at the end of the stay. Classified furnished with 5-star tourism.
