We had the apartment with the big window and the terrace. It looks even better in person than in the fotos!
Right in the beginning of the Sassi (pedestrian area), so close to parking and supermarkets, which we found to be a big plus.
The place is devided into a living room with kitchen, couch and bathroom (spacious, good shower, nice towels) downstairs, plus of course THE VIEW from the window, then on the upstairs deck (connected, not a separate room entirely) the bedroom and from there via a little stair, a big private terrace with 360 view.
We visited early april, heating and internet worked well. You have extra blankets and pillows too.
Having breakfast on the terrace, reading from the lounge chair in the evening with the beautiful lights of the city in front, sleeping great with no noises, and having such a convenient base to explore wonderful Matera....it was just great. We would book it again in a heartbeat.
This place was really the highlight of our trip, we were more than happy with it. No complaints!

The Room was very clean and big.

The Room had a good heating system
The flushing system of the toilet is not working properly.
The WiFi was bad, it was going on and off.
The mattress protector was annoying to sleep on

Perfect location – everything was close and easy to reach.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help..
The house was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. I felt at home from the first moment.👌🧡
